Sail shape has a very important part to play in a fast IOM boat
We have developed an adjustable mold where we can place any sail on and we can replica the shape
As time goes by we identify the fast sails we have and use these sails to set the mold. We also can design and build new original shapes using the same mold
We also have made some heat treated seamless sails over this mold and hope to develop this more in the future
We use Mylar Film 50 Micron for A and B rigs
We also are able to build sails using Mylar Film 36 micron for light air A rig sailing
